|Recommended: YesI have no qualms. — The train is annoying, there are games at a nearby fieldwhich can be heard most nights, the office employees are kind and understanding, my neighbors are kind and most aren't very loud, work orders are completed quickly, the handyman staff are quite plesent and prompt. All in all a very nice stay.
|Recommended: YesEnjoy our townhouse and look forward to more updates and improvements. — We like the floor plans, appreciate the landscape improvements and very much like how quickly maintenance responds to requests. If I could recommend inprovements, it would be to replace the windows and update the kitchen. The sliders frost up on the inside and they are extremely drafty and very cold. The kitchen counters, cabinets and appliances are old, outdated and do not work efficiently.

|Recommended: YesLove my apartment been living here over 20years, the staff and neighbors are very kind. — Things get better everyday. the only bad thing is Grand Rapids Christian schools start bus engines in the winter and let them run for over an hour if its really cold.
