|Recommended: YesNice place to live but could use more parking — Its a great place to live and other than current neighbors and the occasional resident thinking its okay to blare music the sound is pollution is pretty low. Everyone is very friendly and the apartments are kept nice and clean. Parking is an issue because there are not enough spots and people park over the lines causing extra spots to be wasted. Also the mail package delivery situation could use alot of improvement since I don't believe packages should ever be behind a locked door residents cant get to through all hours of the day since not all workers fit a 9-5 schedule. Overall the size of the apartments for the price and the very high quality of most residents makes the complex worth living in.

The only improvement to my living experience could be made in the form of hiring additional maintanence staff to assist in completing work orders on time.

|Recommended: YesI love living at ViewPointe — It's been great during my time here. Only issue I had was with the people who lived above me. They were very loud and stomped constantly. Other than that, I love it. Living room is huge and spacious. Staff has been friendly, and so have other residents.

|Recommended: YesI am very satisfied with the apartment here at Viewpoint. Any maintenance issues I have submitted, either verbally or on line, have been taken care of in a timely manner. Maintenance staff is excellent . Office staff very helpful also. — This is a very clean and well kept building. Neighbors are friendly when encountered. Maintenance and office staff very professional.
|Recommended: YesLiving at Viewpointe Apartments is really lovely. — While we have only lived here for not very long, little under 10 months to be exact, everything has been great. The staff and other residents are always very kind, open to playing bingo on Thursdays, and hosting other little get togethers like that. Even though 28th St. is right around the corner, things remain pretty quiet here. Not only that, but Viewpointe Apartments is really located in a great spot. There are great places to go, like Fresh Thyme, D W, and a plethora of great restaurants to choose from. On top of that Emily and other staff members work really hard to make sure things are in tip top shape and we really appreciate them.

|Recommended: YesOne of the best apartment complex in Grand Rapids — The complex is very clean and well kept, rooms are large and I also love the fact that when I moved to my apt everything was updated.

|Recommended: YesNice Living — The parking at times can be hard, at times you can hear your neighbors, but overall the apartment complex is a great place to live. Friendly staff, and you feel safe.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — I am very happy here. Apartments are older, but well maintained, have a washer dryer in the apartment, and affordable. Everyone here is friendly and the grounds are clean. There are normal apartment noises, but it is nothing like some of the newer builds that have paper thin walls. I am very glad I waited for a place here to open up.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Great place, friendly community. The worst thing I could find when moving in was some of the outlets had been painted over no big deal . The maintenance guy is prompt and super helpful. Emily in the office is awesome, quickly answers any questions. 10 10 would recommend
