|Recommended: YesReview — Inside of apartment is very nice, love the layout, you can’t hear your neighbors at all. The outsides of the buildings could definitely use some work.
|Recommended: YesCleaning updating — Overall very nice place, a couple of things could be updated. The carpet in the hallways could be replaced as it is very old and outdated blue green . A stackable washer and dryer in the unit would be awesome and well worth paying for. The carports need cleaning A lot of debris in the carports and dirt totally could use a power washing and scrubbing please Other than that staff is awesome and very attentive to details
|Recommended: YesQuiet, safe neighborhood — Very quiet, secluded area to live. Feel very safe in my apartment. Would recommend to a first time renter only complaint is that maintenance requests take some time to be filled. I assume because they are short staffed with maintenance workers.
