The staff are friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner. The grounds are well-kept, and they've made many landscaping improvements recently. Neighbors are courteous and quiet. The upgraded townhomes are beautiful, and utilities are very reasonable, especially for the square footage. I'd highly recommend living at this community

|Recommended: YesRoyal Oak — The staff is the greatest!! Matt goes out of his way to make sure that the repairs are done asap. Ken is always outside picking up garbage. Carla is so friendly and very accommodating, compassionate, and a great personality! This is what keeps us here at Arlington.

|Recommended: YesGail is great, and maintenance team is nice — Nice affordable place to live in Royal Oak, however the lawn people do a horrible job! Gutters need attention, and the pot holes in the parking lots are getting to be sink holes...expensive car repair due to rain filling holes and not being able to navigate around the holes.
