|Recommended: YesI’ll be staying a long time — It’s a good place, good rent, staff usually takes care of issues when they come up, maintenance is usually good. As long as you pay rent on time and you don’t cause conflict with other residents, you should have no problems.

|Recommended: NoMy package was stolen — My package was stolen, I heard that theft is a problem in building 2513. I don't feel comfortable sending packages to my own home anymore. Please fix this before I need to fix it myself.

|Recommended: YesAffordable and Comfortable — I have enjoyed living at Regency for the last month Maintenance has been quick to address issues that have come up in my townhouse and the people in the office have been helpful. Really my only complaint is the parking situation. Many times people make their own parking spots which does not seem safe and I frequently am having to park further away from my residence. Things I love are the size of the rooms and the storage I have in the the premium townhouse

|Recommended: NoThin Walls — I can hear everything through the walls. My neighbors feel the need to play their music at all times of the day and night. It sounds like an elephant herd is running around upstairs and I can also hear the neighbors phone conversations through the walls. But other then that, it's a cool place to stay.
