|Recommended: YesJust moved in — We are coming from an apartment complex with more amenities but the care and friendliness here topple the extras. I'm impressed by the level of care, friendliness of neighbors, and the amount of space we have here. The first-floor porch decks are very spacious. You can tell people live here by their deck gardens and we love what we see. So far it has been perfectly quiet and the rules here and reasonable. We've had a maintenance issue and it was resolved on time and with professionalism. We are looking forward to our time here.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful quiet neighborhood — Been renting here for almost a year. This is in a nice area that has you tucked away from to much bussel and hussel. I like that you don’t hear to much noise from your neighbors. Can’t beat the size of our apartment either cause the size compared to the price make it affordable and worth living here.

|Recommended: YesOverall good property, hard to get ahold of property staff — Overall, the property at regency park is nice. We like the neighborhood and nearby shops and restaurants. We have a TON of trouble with the A C working to pump air through the entire apartment. We have had issues where we needed to be able to talk to the office via email and did not hear a response back for weeks. The Parking spots can get scarce sometimes we've noticed a few vehicles that have not moved since March, didnt know if there was a policy on vehicles that have had a flat tire for months taking up parking.

|Recommended: YesSpacious and Bright Apartments — Overall, it's a pleasant place to live. Tucked back in so that you don't hear traffic noise, just the train and occasional sirens but that's city life. Our apartment is bright and spacious, and a comfortable space that really feels homey. Everything was clean carpets steam-cleaned and dried and repainted before we moved in. The only downside is that the ductwork is old and dusty, so dust gets blasted about and we sneeze whenever the heat or air conditioning comes on. We can also smell if the neighbors are smoking, as it pulls in their air as well and distributes it into our apartment. Sometimes maintenance can take some time to get around to things, but they've always been kind and helpful. We have a nice view of mature maples and oaks, rather than just looking at other buildings. The only time I've heard our neighbors is during the Covid-19 quarantine, because everyone is home, and even then the noise is much more muted than in previous apartments I've lived in.

Rent is too high though, this ifs the only reason I will move out within a year or two.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place at a Great Price — I lived at Regency for two years and stayed in an apartment and a town-home as well. Both were great experiences made possible by a wonderful staff. The Staff truly cares for their residents and it shows The grounds are well kept and neighbors are respectful of privacy and loudness. I would recommend Regency Park Apartments to anyone who is looking for a great community at a great price. Thanks Regency for making my stay a great one

|Recommended: YesIt's a well kept property with nice people overall — The apartment was very clean upon move in, my neighbors are generally pretty quite and respectful, and the employees in the leasing office are very helpful and friendly
|Recommended: YesWell maintained, Good location, Affordable — We really like it here The apartment is really spacious for what we pay for it, has great windows for lots of natural light, and was really clean when we moved in. Helpful and kind staff. We get some noise from our upstairs neighbors but nothing really from anywhere else - the apartment itself doesn't carry a ton of noise like previous places I've lived, which is great.
