|Recommended: YesOverall Nice Apartment Complex — Been living here a few months and just renewed my lease. Apartments are a great size, could use a little updating but are overall nice for the price Overall pretty quiet
|Recommended: YesGood — its good
|Recommended: YesIt's a great first apartment Great area — It's a great place to live, it's in a very safe neighborhood and it's close to everything on 28th street but tucked enough away from all the traffic. My only complaint is that the floors seem to be pretty thin as I can always hear the upstairs neighbors moving about.
|Recommended: YesOutstanding place to live. — Regency Park is a great place to live, Safe and quiet
|Recommended: YesIt could not be a more perfect first home for my husband and I. — It's in the perfect location - 20 mins from everything We have a great view of the pool and all of the updates were exactly what we were looking for. They were updated and very chic looking. Management is very easy to communicate with as well, which is a major plus
|Recommended: YesIt's a nice cozy space. Ideal for any young single person, or a young couple. — Very relaxed and tranquil.
|Recommended: YesGood Price for the Size — I have not found another townhouse this large at even close to this price. I am happy with my home, parking could be better but other than that I am pretty content.
|Recommended: YesSplendid — Haven't been here long but so far so good. Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Neighbors are nice and quiet. Only problem so far is it's difficult finding a parking spot. It's like no one ever goes anywhere.
|Recommended: YesApartment Review — With this being my first apartment, it was great choice. My apartment is very spacious, which I personally love. I would highly recommend to others because the response time from management is great, the space I have is great for someone with a family, or even alone.

|Recommended: NoMaintenance staff responded and fixed things sooner before Sonia Garza was the office manager. I reported a leak under my sink 10 days ago and she's still sent no one here to fix it. She finally responded to a 2nd request stating maintenance would be over today, and I haven't heard from her. Calls to the office mostly go to voice mail. I needed a new key, again, to the hallway door and never received one or heard back about one. It takes a month for the exterminators come. Before Sonia, they use to spray every month on the 3rd, if it was needed. My apartment was never painted and properly cleaned when I moved in. The cupboards were thick with grease and the doors would not lock. The blinds constantly fall down if you even think about them. There's a big turnover in the office. It seems like every month a new manager or maintenance person comes on board. Sonia is the worst one, as she plays games and doesn't take care of business. Every year the rent goes up 30 a month. Why,
|Recommended: YesLove it — Calm enviorment
|Recommended: YesA place you can make into a home — Since it's an older building, the floors do creak, so the foot traffic of your upstairs neighbors is quite noticeable. It is to be expected when living in an apartment, of course, and simply just takes some getting used to. The kitchen works, and so does the hot water, and that is all that I can ask for.
|Recommended: YesMostly quiet, affordable enough, and a great location — I think I got pretty lucky, in which apartment I got. I'm on a corner, and the people above me are pretty quiet, aside from being able to hear them walk around their apartment from time to time. I've never heard my other neighbor that's next to me. It seems that the apartments are set up so that bedrooms are separated from living spaces in other apartments, which helps minimize noise travel between apartments on the same floor. Not much to do about people above you though. I have heard some strange things and noises coming from other apartments when I walk to do laundry, though, so I do feel lucky in my apartment placement.
The parking lot has plenty of potholes, but there are paint marks around them. I'm not sure if the markings indicate they're inline to be repaired, or if it's just to say hey there's a pothole here . I hope it's the former.
The apartments are older - the property was built in 68 i believe - so things are definitely older. Half the electricity sockets in my apartment are loose, causing the plug to fall out, especially if the thing that is plugged in only has two prongs. My solution was to put a power strip in each plug that I need to use, since it has the extra support of a grounding prong, which keeps it from falling out. The kitchen lights flickered, but I solved that by replacing the bulbs. The stove is fairly old, but it functions well - sometimes a little too well - and I've never had troubles with it. The dishwasher and refrigerator work fine.
My apartment is well insulated, and I usually don't run the air conditioning at night because it holds the cool air pretty darn well, which is impressive in this heat wave.
I'm not 100 sure on maintenance yet. When I moved in, the toilet leaked a lot when it flushed. Maintenance was quick to respond, yes, but was told that it needed another part. The leak was solved, but it flushes slow and refills slow. I'm not aware of it being fixed yet, and it's been a couple weeks. I also had an issue with the hallway door to the furnace electric room. The door is pretty busted, and was told that it also needed a part. Haven't heard anything since, and it's also been two weeks.
Complaints I have are pretty minor, overall. The neighbors I've met have been friendly.
The location is great, being far enough from 28th Street to not feel bothered by the traffic, and being back in the woodsy area makes it feel quiet. But you're also close to everything. 15 min from downtown, 5 minutes from Breton Village, and 10 minutes from pretty much anything you'd need.
