|Recommended: YesMaintenance guy is a joke. My toilet backed up into my bathtub and I was two days without a toilet and a one bedroom apartment and told they did not know when it would be fixed. In the end I was told that the stoppage was found in the outside sewer line and it was wet wipes and tampons and that the plumber specifically said it came from my apartment even though it was pulled out of the outside sewer line. I moved out immediately. Roaches and centipedes were really bad in my apartment.
|Recommended: YesIt’s good for price — You can hear your upstairs neighbors running around which obviously if you have people upstairs, you’re gonna hear it. You can also hear through walls pretty easily like if someone has their vacuum running then you can definitely hear that. Other than that, it’s really not bad my apartment is a little outdated, but it’s nothing to complain about. Maintenance seems pretty nice and attentive.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to call home — I am so happy to call this place my home for such an affordable price here in Midland. Over my past 6 months of living here, I haven't had any problems. Everyone is so kind and the maintenance team is on it as soon as they can. It's actually pretty quiet here and I'm glad you can't hear your neighbors through the walls.

|Recommended: YesQuick and Professional Maintenance — We were having an issue with a sink drain, I put in a request and within probably 10 minutes the new maintenance guy came and fixed it right up. Probably took like 10 minutes and he was done, showed us everything we needed to know and even made our sink work better than before it broke. Five stars and huge shoutout to Richard for great service.
