|Recommended: YesPleasant Surprise — We have only been here a month, but the staff has been nothing but helpful and kind. The property management seems to be very polite and easy to work with, and always seen with smiling faces. The grounds are well kept and all the neighbors seem to be friendly as ever. There are on site facilities like laundry, and a community outdoor pool. Nice grounds to take your animal about if you’ve got one. Very fair in price for the updated housing, in my opinion.

|Recommended: YesOverall Pretty Good — I love our apartment, my only complaints can come from my upstairs neighbors that are so loud its overwhelming at points, some issues with a leak in our ceiling, and the unkemptness from other pet owners in our building. We clean up after our pet every single time, and I wish our neighbors took the same amount of care into taking their pet outside.
|Recommended: YesMoney's worth — Never had a problem with maintenance. Management is knowledgeable but it depends on who you get in the office whether they are nice or not. Apartments are great sized and it's really convenient for shopping and work.

|Recommended: YesGood for what it is — I need a place to stay for work. It is cheap, quite, and everyone is friendly. It is not the newest place, but everything works as expected. Don’t expect marble countertop.
|Recommended: YesLove my apartment, parking could be better — Its nice, the people are friendly and helpful, Im really glad i got a place here especially in the current local housing market.
My only real complaint is that the parking lot is very eneven, not well kept in the fall, and not enough room between spaces for me and my crutches to get by, if we are going to get letters to park in our spaces the spaces have to be accessible. I've just given up going anywhere because its such a miserable hassle to squeeze in and out of my van.
