|Recommended: NoRotten — 1 We are thankful for a place to live and we understand no place is perfect especially with a high turn over.. upstairs the master bathroom on vent so it get mold fast, the tub drain slow the plumbing is bad, the paint bubble up, the wood frame is rotten so the door hinge came out, something is wrong with the roof, problem with the ceiling master bedroom. The main area the ceiling is cracked livingroom. The basement flooded 1-24-2026 the company they hired to clean up the basement did not do professional work, we had to go back over but it still has sewer smell. We find the neighbors not neighborly, we do not know them and they do not know us.

|Recommended: NoIf you want all your belongings lost in a flood move here — Maintenance is impossible to get ahold of. All units here flood. We’ve lived in more than one and talk to our neighbors. Currently dealing with sewerage back up into our basement. The after hours emergency line is a joke. No one will ever reach you and they make it your problem to get ahold of someone

My neighbors were super friendly whenever I had a problem maintenance was there to fix the issue if they couldn’t fix the issue they caught someone else but the job was done. I was there for four years and it was nice and pleasant stay for me and my family.

|Recommended: YesTownhouse Review — Nice location, responsive staff, quiet neighborhood except for the random ambulance, due to close location to Hospital. Maintenance is a good and bad situation. I believe they are understaffed for what ever reason. However, they are fairly quick to respond to emergencies. There is definitely a lack of amenities for this complex. Over all not to bad
