Whenever I have an issue at my home she immediately jumps into action and resolves has fat as humanly possible. Arlington you have a good one with Katie.

|Recommended: YesDefinitely an upgrade — Quiet community I enjoy the friendly neighbors. Ample parking eventhough it’s a busy area. Move in was a little shaky with the unit not being cleaned thoroughly. Pets hairs around the unit. Staff was friendly about rectifying issues I had. I recommend will stay at Arlington for a while
|Recommended: YesAverage And Affordable. — This apartment is very affordable for the area considering we are in a sought-after location. It's a great temporary home, but since the buildings are quite old and renovations, while highly appreciated, are not done very well, the apartments leave something to be desired regarding long-term stay. Parking is tough to come by if there is more than one car, but the grounds are clean and kept-up. However, the dumpster areas are constantly overflowing and gross. Management is kind, professional, and helpful. Overall, I recommend these apartments for short-term few years living, but not so much for long-term.

|Recommended: NoArlington is a nice community that has potential — Living here is nice and convenient we aren't too far from the freeway, Woodward, and downtown Royal Oak. I would say that the overall structure of the apartments is too shabby. The basement is always cold and the upstairs is always hot no matter what the thermostat is set at. Everything feels loosely put together and can break easily. Not to mention the constant water issues, anything from leaks to full blown floods have been a problem since we've lived here. The community is nice and friendly though and the staff is relatively timely with request.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful apartment, staff is amazingly helpful and friendly — It seems a little older style of building from the outside but with the hardwood flooring and several windows with plenty of natural lighting make the place seem very nice and homely. Katie and Chris have been wonderful and super friendly and awesome to work with with any issues I have had and maintenance issues. Really happy to be here.

|Recommended: YesHappy at Home — I like it here. The buildings and grounds are very well maintained. The parking lot and walkways have been salted the entire time I've been here and the individual house numbers really make it feel like I'm home. Our neighbors seem cool one cleans a lot I can hear their vacuum lol . I also really like the washer dryer hookups, efficiently sized oven and dishwasher, and thoughtfulness about providing an aesthetically pleasing rental unit. I have lived all over the country in 5 different states, 10 rentals, and this is by far the best experience I've had.
